Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
· Planning and Managing Content Calendar
o Keep Marketing annual calendar of activities current.
· Creating, writing, and publishing content on our social media platforms
o Create engaging content for social media channels to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
· Coordinating with graphic designer on marketing content and creating graphics in-house when appropriate.
o Creation of flyers and in-store marketing collateral
· Managing Tradeshows and Events
o Coordinate logistics and provide support for trade show events, including registration, promotional material preparation, and post-event follow-up.
Measuring and reporting on the performance of all marketing campaigns (digital / print)
o Email Campaigns, Print Ads, Web Traffic, Digital Ads
· Staying up to date on industry news
o Monitoring marketing trends as well as keeping an eye on competitive companies in the marketplace.
o Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback.
Supporting the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.
Required Skills and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, or communications
· At least 6 – 8 years of experience in content management, creative writing, and managing email and social media campaigns.
· Excellent Microsoft Platform skills
· Experience with design platforms (Canva/InDesign)
· Experience with CRM systems preferred.
· Experience working in a fast-paced environment with constant changes.
· Detail-oriented and deadline focused with an intense attention to detail.
· Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects
