We're looking for a Digital Music Operations Specialist to lead and optimize our digital streaming and radio distribution strategies. This role will be instrumental in expanding our reach across major music platforms while managing relationships with radio stations and record label executives. The position requires someone who can both execute and provide strategic guidance in navigating the digital music landscape. The Impact you'll make Digital Platform Management Manage and optimize presence on Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, and Amazon Implement strategies to increase listener engagement and subscriber growth Monitor and analyze platform performance metrics Radio Relations & Distribution Service radio stations with music content Coordinate feature bundling across platforms Manage international music distribution Strategic Growth Develop and execute strategies to increase the listener base Build and maintain relationships with record label executives Identify new opportunities for platform expansion Content Performance Track and analyze streaming metrics Optimize content distribution for maximum impact Implement best practices for digital music delivery Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Required: Years of experience in digital music distribution Proven track record managing major streaming platforms Experience with radio promotion and music servicing Strong understanding of music industry operations Demonstrated success in growing a digital audience WFH Set-Up: Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
