We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Learning and Development to join our team at CVS Media Trade (CMX), a rapidly growing retail media arm of CVS Health. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive learning and development strategy that supports the growth of our revenue professionals across multiple disciplines, including sales, marketing, operations, product, and analytics.
In this role, you will utilize your expertise in instructional design and adult learning, as well as best practices in essential training and execution. You will work collaboratively with others across the organization to achieve designated results and report to the Head of Revenue Marketing, with close alignment to the Head of Retail Marketing Operations.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing a world-class recruiting and on-boarding process
- Building an agile Learning and Development strategy and roadmap that ensures alignment of programs with needs and evolving requirements
- Continuous partner upskilling and reskilling through the design and delivery of virtual and in-person training across a wide range of topics
- Amplifying team culture through recognition, celebration, and self-improvement programs
- Establishing a metrics-driven approach to training and development programs, continuously measuring for relevance and impact, on time and on budget
We offer a competitive compensation package, with a salary range of $20-$30 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k) retirement savings plan, and employee stock purchase plan. This role is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program, in addition to the base salary range listed.
Required qualifications include:
- 8 years of organizational training and development experience with a strong background in business, retail, and consumer product goods
- 6 years of cross-functional leadership experience
- 2 years of experience in retail media or retail/online business office experience
- Bachelor’s degree in learning, organizational development, HR, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience creating learning and development guides and strategic plans, and translating them into practical goals and programs
- Expertise in designing and delivering educational programs across a range of topics using well-paired strategies
- Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills

This role is remote-friendly, with the option to work from home or from one of our corporate centers. If you are commutable to one of our corporate centers, you may be required to work in the office at least 2 days per week.
