Responsibilities Monitor user interactions on Disney Plus platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines. Respond to user queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Assist in the development and implementation of community guidelines. Identify and report any inappropriate content or behavior to the appropriate teams. Collaborate with other moderators and Disney Plus staff to improve user experience. Requirements Currently enrolled in a college or university program. Strong understanding of Disney Plus content and community standards. Excellent written communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Basic understanding of social media and online community management. Educational Qualifications High School Diploma (or equivalent) Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Media Studies, or a related field is a plus.
