About the Role
We are seeking a Business Analyst with deep knowledge of MRP planning and manufacturing operations to support and enhance our Infor ERP environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in production planning, materials management, and shop-floor processes (ideally within fabrication, knitting, or textile manufacturing). This role will provide application support, partner with operations teams, and drive process improvements to ensure efficient planning and production execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary liaison between Operations, Planning, and IT/application teams for Infor ERP solutions.
• Provide ongoing application support for Infor MRP and supply chain modules, troubleshooting and resolving planning, scheduling, and inventory-related issues.
• Partner with planners, schedulers, and production teams to gather requirements and translate them into system enhancements or process changes.
• Analyze and optimize MRP structures, BOMs, routings, and production workflows to improve efficiency and material flow.
• Recommend and implement process improvements and best practices within Infor to reduce waste, improve lead times, and increase planning accuracy.
• Support demand/supply planning activities, capacity planning, and shop-floor execution processes.
• Document workflows, configurations, and system changes to ensure knowledge continuity and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, and vendors) to ensure system enhancements align with business needs.
• Stay informed on Infor ERP capabilities, updates, and industry best practices, recommending adoption where beneficial.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst, with a focus on ERP systems.
• 3-5 years experience with Infor CSD/ SXe
• Strong understanding of MRP, production planning, and manufacturing processes (fabrication/knitting/textiles experience a plus).
• Experience supporting ERP applications in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve application/system issues related to planning and scheduling.
• Proven track record of driving process improvements in a manufacturing/operations context.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to bridge technical solutions with business needs.
• Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

• APICS/CPIM, CSCP, or similar supply chain certifications.
• Experience in system upgrades, ERP migrations, or business transformation projects.
