What You’ll Do
As an Account Manager, you’ll be a key player in supporting our clients and ensuring operational excellence. You’ll:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local hospitality clients
• Conduct on-site visits to ensure service quality and team engagement
• Coordinate staffing orders and solve day-to-day challenges
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and internal communication with field employees
• Keep client satisfaction, retention, and shift fulfillment top of mind
