Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Hotel Reservations: Handle inquiries, make bookings, and confirm room availability for our portfolio of hotels and travel partners.
  • Interact with Guests: Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions, addressing reservation inquiries, changes, and cancellations.
  • Check-in and Check-out: Assist guests during check-in and check-out, ensuring a seamless process and attending to special requests or concerns.
  • Payment and Invoicing: Collect payment information, process reservations, and issue invoices or receipts as necessary.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, providing solutions and alternatives when needed.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain knowledge of travel destinations, attractions, and various travel products and services to make informed recommendations to guests.

Requirements and Qualifications
