Responsibilities
• Plan and book air and ground transportation for clients
• Research best pricing and options according to the client’s specifications
• Communicate with business partners in our private travel community to facilitate positive client experiences
• Book hotel reservations ensuring guests’ specifications are met
• Plan and promote accommodations and travel scenarios
• Attend supplier training as necessary
• Promote tours and vacation excursions through local media and social media

Qualifications
• No prior experience needed; we provide company training
• Trainable and coachable individuals are encouraged to apply
