What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
As an ESS Regional Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our ESS business. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Interpreting Customer and Salesperson Supplied Information: Use your technical expertise to interpret customer and salesperson supplied information and assist in creating work definitions.
- Promoting ESS Capabilities: Act as an extension of our engineering team to promote ESS capabilities to customers and ensure successful project execution.
- Customer Interface and Support: Interface directly with customers to support ESS design and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Leading Installation, Start-up, and Troubleshooting Efforts: Lead and provide oversight on installation, start-up, and troubleshooting efforts on ESS Systems.
- Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments, including accounting, shipping, and contracts, to ensure seamless project execution.
What is Required (Qualifications)
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Multi-Trade Experience: A background in multi-trade experience, including hydraulic, controls, or gas/air type systems.
- Microsoft Office Applications: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform job site inspections.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Relevant Technical Degree: A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant technical degree.
- Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, vendors, and company staff.

- Sales Experience: 2 years of sales experience in the industry.
- IFPS Pneumatic or ISA CAP Certification: IFPS Pneumatic or ISA CAP certification.
