The Executive Assistant will serve as the crucial right hand to the Founder & CEO, managing both business and personal priorities to optimize executive effectiveness. This role exists to ensure seamless operational flow, allowing the executive to focus on strategic initiatives while maintaining work-life balance and organizational efficiency across multiple projects and ventures. The Impact you'll make Executive Support Manage complex calendar and email communications Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders Optimize the executive's time and scheduling Provide updates via Telegram throughout the day Personal Affairs Management Coordinate family appointments and travel arrangements Manage multiple properties and maintenance schedules Handle personal scheduling and reservations Arrange medical appointments and family commitments Administrative Leadership Handle sensitive and confidential information Implement efficient organizational systems Communicate on behalf of the executive Prioritize and manage tasks proactively Stakeholder Relations Interface with high-level contacts Manage internal and external communications Coordinate across different time zones Maintain professional relationships Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Required: Previous executive assistant experience supporting C-level executives Demonstrated experience managing both business and personal affairs Track record of implementing organizational systems and processes Strong command of the English language (written and verbal) Experience handling confidential information in a professional setting Ability to articulate and demonstrate successful processes and techniques from previous executive assistant roles Chief of Staff experience is highly desirable WFH Set-Up: Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor, and up.
