Bond Health Staffing is expanding and we’re looking for high-performance professionals to lead client acquisition and executive recruitment for hospitals and healthcare systems nationwide. You’ll be sourcing and placing leaders—CNOs, CEOs, COOs, DONs, and other senior decision-makers—at hospitals, health systems, and healthcare orgs, creating massive impact in the healthcare marketplace.

Executive Recruitment (45%):
• Source top-tier healthcare executives nationwide
• Conduct executive interviews and assessments
• Manage complex interview processes and negotiations
• Present winning candidate solutions to clients
Business Growth (15%):
• Track performance in company CRM systems
• Develop market intelligence and industry insights
• Collaborate with internal teams for maximum impact
