We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to drive client sales on Amazon and other shopping platforms through daily store-level oversight, driving work to excellence and strategic collaboration. This role bridges tactical execution and strategic insight, ensuring that client needs are identified early, communicated clearly, and managed effectively within our internal workflows.
Most Project Manager responsibilities can be summed up in three roles: lead, manage and hold accountable.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Asana Project Review, Follow Through and Updates: Review all projects for detail, roadblocks and timeliness. Follow up directly with any team members who need help, aren’t responsive, or have a late task. Ensure the delivery of on-time work to AMs at 90% completion, with an internal strategy lens.
Identify Roadblocks and Find Solutions: When a roadblock is found, communicate quickly over email or call to get the details and provide solutions. Reassign work to another resource if necessary. Raise issues to Account Managers and Executive Strategist if needed – but always propose a solution.
Be the Final Filter before Account Manager review: Evaluate work from a subject matter expert, seasonal and technical perspective. Identify risks and errors. Give actionable feedback to subject matter experts and delegate updates to them until the work is complete.
Drive Accountability Among the Team: Utilize Asana, Email and 1:1 coaching to make sure work is done well and on time. Reinforce training and standards through timely and specific feedback.
Asana Administration: Take tasks created by the Account Managers and make sure they are done on time and as expected. Provide clear updates when changes – especially to deadlines – need to be made.
Set Account Managers and Executive Strategists Up for Success: Send AMs and ESs client notes and updates before they have to ask where it is. Prepare them in advance for meetings, so no conversations are being done last minute.
Utilize and Enforce Asana and Time Tracking: Use of these processes is mandatory throughout the company, and the most important tool for driving accountability within teams.
Utilize AI notetakers and Chat GPT: Use these tools to drive efficiency, but not to replace the detailed work that our clients need.
Qualifications
Expert level knowledge of the Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central platforms
High confidence using Helium 10 to deliver strategic insights.
High level understanding of SEO and PPC within Amazon platform
High level of accountability: attack problems by proposing solutions, rather than dwelling on what got you there.
High attention to detail
