**Experienced Field Recruiter – Hospitality Industry Expert with Remote Work Flexibility**

Job Summary

We’re looking for a highly skilled and motivated Field Recruiter to support our ESA Hotel Properties in the West. As a key member of our recruitment team, you’ll be responsible for driving the full recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. If you’re passionate about hospitality, have a strong background in recruitment, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the full recruitment process through our Application Tracking System (ATS), including creating requisitions, reviewing and sourcing applications, scheduling interviews, extending offers, initiating background checks, and onboarding new hires.
  • Source candidates for hard-to-fill positions through job postings, referrals, social media, networking, and other resources.
  • Partner with HR and hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, understand position requirements, and maintain communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure compliance with all State and Federal regulations as well as Company policies.
  • Stay up-to-date on recruiting best practices and effective means for attracting job candidates.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Prepare reports regarding recruitment activity.
  • Develop a network to create a pipeline for high-turnover/hard-to-fill positions.
  • Assist with job fairs, virtual, and onsite recruiting as needed; may require overnight travel.
  • Assist with additional HR responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of related high-volume recruiting experience; preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably ADP RM.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 year of HR Generalist experience.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Competencies

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of current employment laws (i.e., EEO, ADA, Affirmative Action, etc.).
  • Ability to build relationships and work effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to put in significant effort to help drive business growth.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
