Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Order Management Representative to join our team in Wright City, MO. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will play a critical role in supporting our industry-leading customer experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing customer order entry activities, escalating order entry issues, researching existing orders, generating reports, and supporting the Customer Service team with special projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete order entry activities in line with Gateway’s process.
  • Escalate order entry issues or irregularities to the Customer Service Manager.
  • Research existing orders to ensure they originate from existing or future service areas.
  • Generate weekly & monthly reports for Customer Service & Sales departments.
  • Support Customer Service team with special projects, as needed.
  • Respond to internal & external inquiries as necessary.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to bring the following skills and qualifications:

  • Ability to work 40 hours per week to complete assigned tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong follow-up skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional attendance and punctuality.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Office-Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus.
  • Flexibility in scheduling to meet the needs of the business.
