About the Role
As a Remote Customer Service Agent for Delta Airlines, you will be the face of Delta’s cargo operations, interacting directly with customers via phone and in-person. You will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring that customers have a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

- Willingness to wear required PPE, including hearing protection, safety toe footwear, and high-visibility safety clothing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in cargo handling and warehouse operations.
- Strong typing and computer skills, with proficiency in multiple software applications.
