Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced US Non-IT Recruiter to join our team at Tricon Solutions, a leading IT Services and Staffing firm. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and managing top talent for non-IT roles in the US, with a focus on the manufacturing, utilities, and media & entertainment domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates for non-IT roles in the US, ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified talent
  • Manage and engage with candidates through phone and video calls, building strong relationships and identifying potential red flags early in the recruitment process
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service, ensuring smooth candidate placement and exceeding client expectations
  • Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to assess candidate fit, ask insightful questions, and actively listen to their responses
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in non-IT recruiting with a proven track record of successful placements
  • Domain expertise in recruiting for the manufacturing, utilities, engineering, and media & entertainment domains is highly preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage people effectively over the phone and build strong relationships with candidates and clients
  • Strong listening skills, with the ability to read between the lines and identify potential issues early in the recruitment process
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, with a self-motivated and results-driven approach to recruitment
