Scalesforth is seeking a dedicated and motivated Female Telecaller to join our remote team. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with our clients, promoting our products/services, and contributing to the overall success of our business. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients in a professional and engaging manner. Understand client needs and promote products/services accordingly. Provide information about our company, products, and services. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly performance targets. Required Skills: Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Tamil languages. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in telesales or customer service is a plus. Ability to work independently and remotely. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
