Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager to play a pivotal role in our growing organization. You will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and contributing to strategic financial planning. Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day Accounting: Manage month-end close processes and weekly reconciliations.
- Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
- Financial Transparency: Ensure clear and transparent financial reporting to support informed decision-making.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the Staff Accountant.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the finance team.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, coordinating audits as needed.
- Internal Controls: Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and financial integrity.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations.
- Workflow Optimization: Streamline workflows and leverage technology to automate tasks where possible.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification required.
- 4+ years of accounting experience, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
- Proficiency in accounting software, financial modeling, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make sound recommendations.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality.

- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary: $125,000 – $135,000 per year
