Responsibilities: • Evaluate speech and language needs, creating customized IEPs for student success. • Deliver therapy, track progress, and adjust interventions to meet individual goals. • Work with parents, teachers, and staff to support communication. • Perform assessments, document progress, and join planning sessions. • Champion students, train staff, and keep skills current through professional learning.
