Job Summary of Food Preparer:

This role is centered around creating a superior guest experience through the production and service of exceptional beverages, pastries, and snacks. Responsibilities include contributing to the effective functioning of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with brand and safety standards, and promoting collaboration among team members in a high-paced environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Food Preparer:
• Craft and present beverages, baked goods, and other menu selections according to the defined standards of the brand.
• Ensure top-tier customer satisfaction by promptly greeting guests and addressing their needs promptly and effectively.
• Adhere to cleanliness, organization, and safety guidelines across all restaurant spaces.
• Join forces with team members to facilitate smooth operations during peak periods.
• Demonstrate a continuous dedication to complying with company policies, brand guidelines, and safety/sanitation protocols.
• Get involved in training sessions and apply feedback recommendations to elevate your performance.

Qualifications and Experience of Food Preparer:
• Upholding a positive mindset that emphasizes the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to excel in a team environment that demands quick and effective collaboration.
• Demonstrating a keenness to acquire knowledge and adapt to new procedures and input.
• While helpful, having a background in food service or retail is not a strict requirement.

Salary:
• Compensation package includes hourly wages starting at $15.50 and reaching $18.00, along with tips.
