Join us at RevHealth, an independent pharmaceutical healthcare marketing and ad agency that champions both your personal growth and cutting-edge client solutions.Our Medical team is responsible for the conception and execution of innovative print and digital materials in Medical Education, Promotional Advertising, Medical Communications, Patient Advocacy and Market Access spaces. This role will help to shape the tactical execution of our client’s programs and offer unique solutions to challenges while contributing to tactical recommendations that align with either medical or commercial strategic imperatives and overall client business objectives.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own medical writing activities for multiple projects; developing content while working cross-functionally.
  • Ensure high-quality execution with regard to scientific content, organization, clarity, accuracy, format, consistency, and adherence to regulatory and internal guidelines, styles, and processes
  • Research, write, and edit original educational content in distinct healthcare categories, ensuring quality of work, scientific validity, medical accuracy and integrity, and clinical applicability
  • Research and secure references to ensure accuracy of medical/scientific statements and product claims; organize reference libraries and annotate content per account-specific referencing guidelines
  • Fact-check and annotate initial round of jobs and subsequent rounds as necessary (has the ability to understand scientific and medical data to ensure that content accurately represents the source from which it was taken); defend content in a medical/legal/regulatory review meeting

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of relevant medical writing experience, OR an advanced degree with 1-2 years of medical writing experience
  • Ability to assess a therapeutic landscape, perform SWOT analysis, etc.
  • Experience interpreting and summarizing data sets with a basic understanding of statistics used in scientific literature
  • Strong scientific background with solid oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to effectively interact with clients and healthcare professionals
  • Ability to multi-task and work both independently and within a team structure
  • Advanced degree (MD, PharmD, PhD)
  • Experience working with Medical Education pharma teams is preferred
