Registered Dietitian Position – Full Time (100% Remote) Overview: RDNC is excited to offer an opportunity for a Registered Dietitian to join our team. This exciting full-time opportunity for a Registered Dietitian offers a Monday–Friday schedule, all conducted via telehealth. This role is part of a structured educational protocol and does not involve traditional patient care. Schedule: 40 hours per week, fully remote, Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. EST required. Job Duration: 6-month commitment, 1099 independent contractor position Compensation: $30.00-$35.00 per hour depending on experience Key Responsibilities: • Participate in onboarding and orientation activities as scheduled. • Deliver structured, protocol-driven virtual sessions to simulated participants (15 minutes each). • Accurately document each interaction using a secure, project-specific EMR • Follow lesson progression without a scripted dialogue; maintain professionalism while interacting with actors. • Ensure compliance with all data privacy and project protocols, including signing a required NDA/non-compete agreement. • Adhere to consistent work schedules, maintaining punctuality and availability for all assigned sessions. • Track engagement and lesson progression via a centralized web portal. • Collaborate with the project team as needed to support session consistency and quality assurance. Experience & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field from an accredited program. • Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration. • Current licensure/certification, if required by your state of residence. • Strong attention to detail and comfort working in structured, protocol-driven environments. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Experience with telehealth and proficiency in electronic documentation systems preferred. • Availability to work during standard business hours in the Eastern time zone About RDNC: We are a nationally recognized Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Consulting firm.
