Responsibilities... • Responding to customer inquiries and support requests via email and ticketing systems • Providing accurate and detailed information on our insurance products and services • Assisting with policy updates, claims processing, and payment management • Handling and resolving complaints, escalating when necessary • Keeping client records updated in our system • Collaborating with the Sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling • For this role, we’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a genuine ability to connect with clients.
