Responsibilities:
 Cultivate and manage client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service
 Aid clients in understanding and utilizing our services and offerings effectively
 Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns through various communication channels
 Maintain precise client records and update databases as necessary
 Collaborate with the team to devise and execute strategies for enhancing client satisfaction and retention
 Contribute to fostering new client relationships and business prospects
 Manage client accounts diligently, ensuring their contentment
 Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat, offering comprehensive product and service information
 Resolve client issues efficiently through troubleshooting and collaboration with team members

Qualifications:
