Position Summary: VocoVision is hiring a remote School Psychologist to provide teletherapy services to students in Alaska. Job Details: • Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor • Work Environment: Fully Remote (Serve Students in Alaska) • Caseload: PreK-12 (Determined by Experience & District Needs) • Start Date: Immediate openings available • Schedule: Flexible hours (Full-Time or Part-Time) • Compensation: $45-50/hr based on experience Responsibilities: • Conduct virtual psychoeducational evaluations and assessments to identify students' needs. • Develop and implement intervention plans to address emotional, behavioral, and academic challenges. • Provide individual and group counseling via a secure virtual platform. • Support students with anxiety, behavioral issues, learning disabilities, and emotional disorders. • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to create a positive learning environment. • Participate in IEP meetings, goal-setting discussions, and crisis intervention planning. • Utilize research-based methodologies to improve student success in school. • Document progress notes, reports, and recommendations in compliance with school and state guidelines. Required Qualifications: • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology. • Alaska Type C Special Services Certificate required. • At least two years of experience working as a school psychologist preferred. • Comfortable using teletherapy platforms (training provided). • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently while collaborating with school teams remotely. • Reliable high-speed internet and up-to-date technology for online services.
