General Lines Agent – Life, Accident, Health license

Job Overview
We are seeking highly motivated Insurance Agents with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering customized Life and Health insurance solutions, ensuring each client fully understands their options and feels empowered to make confident, informed decisions.

Duties
• Build and nurture relationships within your book of business through active prospecting and strategic networking
• Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts to generate new business opportunities.
• Demonstrate resilience and creativity in your approach to new business development
• Communicate complex insurance concepts in a clear and understandable manner to clients.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities through effective sales administration.
• Provide ongoing support to clients regarding their policies, including benefits administration and claims assistance.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products.

Requirements
• Strong sales acumen and consultative communication skills
• Negotiation skills to effectively close deals while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Experience in outside sales is preferred; however, candidates with strong inside sales experience may also be considered.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passionate about helping individuals and families secure their financial futures

Pay: $54,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
