About the Role:
This is a virtual position that involves handling and trying cases throughout Georgia, primarily venued around the Atlanta area. In-person appearances may be required. We seek candidates with insurance defense/auto experience and a proven track record of success in complex tort law cases. As an Insurance Defense Trial Attorney, you will play a critical role in our team’s efforts to provide top-notch representation to our clients.
Your Key Responsibilities:
– Represent clients in all cases assigned by your supervisor;
– Handle matters of moderate to great complexity and/or exposure;
– Assist in the handling of cases assigned to other attorneys;
– Functionally supervise attorneys who have been requested to assist in the handling of particular cases;
– Consult with and render opinions to members of the Claims Departments;
– Maintain and update computerized litigation support systems;
– Perform other functions as assigned;
