Key Responsibilities... Craft lessons to meet the diverse language learning needs of students. Use proven strategies to improve listening, speaking, reading, and writing competencies. Collaborate with teachers to incorporate language development across different subjects. Assess student progress consistently and adjust lessons as needed. Nurture an inclusive environment that honors linguistic and cultural backgrounds, while working with families to extend learning at home. Qualifications: Required: Bachelors degree in Education, TESOL, Linguistics, or a related field Valid New Hampshire teaching license with an endorsement in ESL/ELL (or equivalent) Experience working with multilingual learners or culturally diverse populations Preferred: Masters degree in TESOL, Education, or a related area Proficiency in a second language Familiarity with WIDA standards and assessments Experience with differentiated instruction and culturally responsive teaching practices Highlights: 1099 Position Guaranteed Weekly Hours Hourly Rate: $30-$40 Based on experience, education level, and other factors School hours Clinical/Technical Team on standby We invite applications for an experienced and empathetic ELL Teacher to support multilingual learners.
