Role Description
Seller Performance & Development (SP&D)’s priority is to ensure maximum readiness to sell. We are an innovative Learning and Development team that is highly proficient in the areas of Instructional Design, Adult Education, Sales, Coaching, Project Management and Consultative Engagement. We support KP SAM/UW teams by developing and delivering content that enables our sellers to increase performance in a highly competitive environment.
• Driving the design and development of training, ensuring curriculum accuracy, and guiding others with troubleshooting as needed.
• Driving the selection of training methods and programs.
• Driving the creation of training objectives for education modules and ensuring clients reach their learning goals.
• Driving the evaluation of alternative training techniques, procedures, and/or methods.
• Driving the delivery of training programs, and guiding learners by leveraging adult learning principles.
• Leveraging advanced knowledge to review evaluations used to assess the application of skills, knowledge, and training objectives.
• Using best practices for training modalities, monitoring, and analyzing training results.
• Driving the development, analysis, and management of program plans including scope identification and management, schedule, inter-dependencies, and resource forecast.
• Driving the delivery and review of needs assessments for training and/or performance issues.
• Researching training norms and industry standards within assigned areas.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communication, Education, Behavioral Science, or a directly related field AND minimum five (5) years of experience in training delivery, curriculum design, and training development and evaluation, or a directly related field, OR Minimum eight (8) years of experience in training delivery, curriculum design, training development and evaluation, or a directly related field.
