Your responsibilities will include entering, updating, and maintaining data, ensuring everything is precise and properly organized. We seek a meticulous individual who can ensure high-quality data entry and support our operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
 Input data into databases with speed and accuracy.
 Audit and verify data entries to guarantee correctness.
 Maintain comprehensive filing systems for storing records.
 Back up data regularly to prevent loss.
 Generate routine reports and assist in data analysis as necessary.
 Provide data-related support to team members and resolve any discrepancies.
 Engage in process improvement initiatives to enhance data management.
 High school diploma or equivalent; experience in data entry or relevant fields is preferred.
 Familiarity with data entry procedures and practices.
 Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
 Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
 Strong organizational abilities and capacity for multitasking.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Ability to work autonomously and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
 Hourly rate ranges from $20 to $25, depending on experience.
