Role Description
This position develops product strategy for a market, product type, or product line of business (LOB) while performing regular ideation sessions focused on building a robust product pipeline to achieve market goals.
• Drives performance for their respective market, product type, or product LOB, including competitor analysis and KP product performance.
• Facilitates product feasibility on initiatives, product types, or portfolios.
• Defines and executes the development of products or initiatives through executive alignment and influence for implementation.
• Acts as the product authority to the organization, S&AM, and outside consultants.
• Writes and develops complex business-development initiatives.
• Manages product implementations from simple to complex across markets, products, and LOBs.
• Develops and delivers product training and change management activities across respective markets, products, and LOBs.
• Leverages deep understanding of product policy and end-to-end product administration.
Qualifications
• Minimum three (3) years of experience leading matrixed teams with or without direct reports.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university AND minimum eight (8) years of experience in health care, product development and management, strategy development and execution, finance, sales and account management, marketing, consulting, benefits, program management, or a directly related field OR minimum eleven (11) years of experience in the same areas.
