Role Description
As a Recruiter at BRIX Recruiting Partners, you will play a crucial role in connecting top-tier talent with leading client companies across multiple industries.
• Strategically identify, engage, and recruit high-quality candidates through cold calling, referrals, networking, and proactive outreach.
• Discover and engage passive talent not actively seeking new roles.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Deliver well-vetted, insightful candidate recommendations to clients.
• Guide candidates through the process while building strong, ongoing relationships.
Qualifications
• 1+ year of sales or outbound experience, with a metrics-driven mindset and comfort making high-volume outreach.
• Hungry, humble, and emotionally intelligent, with a genuine interest in helping people and thriving in a team-driven, competitive environment.
• Resilient and proactive, able to handle rejection, drive conversations forward, and take initiative without needing all the answers.
• Coachable and accountable, open to feedback, and focused on personal growth and performance outcomes.
• Strong communicator and highly organized, with excellent verbal/written skills and attention to detail.
