Job Functions: Coding Education & Training- Hospital Inpatient Staff Development New Coder Orientation Coding Inquiry Management Subject Matter Expert Issue Resolution Coding Technologies Documentation Standardization Process Improvement Reviews E&M levels selected by physicians on a monthly basis and provides feedback in order to increase awareness and accuracy.
