We are looking for an experienced Hubspot Administrator to manage and optimize Hubspot CRM within the mortgage industry context. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Hubspot and a solid understanding of the mortgage industry.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a HubSpot Administrator, CRM Manager, or similar role, preferably within the mortgage or financial services industry
- Strong understanding of mortgage processes and terminology (e.g., loan origination, underwriting, closing)
- Experience with HubSpot’s Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and reporting tools
- Experience integrating HubSpot with third-party tools such as loan origination software, email marketing tools, or data management platforms
- Advanced knowledge of HubSpot features and capabilities (workflows, custom properties, reporting, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization and efficiency
- Experience in data management, data quality, and troubleshooting technical issues
- Ability to design, implement, and document complex workflows and automations
