Hubspot Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Hubspot Administrator to manage and optimize Hubspot CRM within the mortgage industry context. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Hubspot and a solid understanding of the mortgage industry.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a HubSpot Administrator, CRM Manager, or similar role, preferably within the mortgage or financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of mortgage processes and terminology (e.g., loan origination, underwriting, closing)
  • Experience with HubSpot’s Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and reporting tools
  • Experience integrating HubSpot with third-party tools such as loan origination software, email marketing tools, or data management platforms
  • Advanced knowledge of HubSpot features and capabilities (workflows, custom properties, reporting, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization and efficiency
  • Experience in data management, data quality, and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Ability to design, implement, and document complex workflows and automations
