Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Computer Support 2 professional to join our team on a hybrid schedule, working remotely with occasional on-site training. As a Computer Support 2 - 3rd Shift professional, you will play a critical role in supporting our client's computer, network, and client server infrastructure. If you have a passion for IT, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities: Review input data to verify adequacy and appropriateness of material required for data processing and related operations. Review output data to verify completeness, accuracy, and conformance to quality standards and specifications. Maintain internal records and catalog, disperse, and return tapes/disks as needed. Review daily processing logs and set or revise schedules as required. Requirements: Associate's degree in a related technical discipline or 2 years of related experience (4 years of non-related experience can be substituted for Associate's degree). 1 year of related experience in IT support or a similar field. Ability to understand and work in an autonomous environment and escalate incidents quickly with clear and concise triage steps taken. Common understanding of cybersecurity concepts and IT architecture. Proficient in: Microsoft OS administration. SPLUNK or similar SIEM tools. Network defense systems (Cisco, Palo Alto FW).
