Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Special Education Teacher to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will work with K-12 students with various disabilities, developing and implementing tailored educational plans to support their learning and growth. Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs. • Provide virtual instruction and support to students with disabilities. • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and support staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience. • Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed. • Conduct assessments and maintain accurate records of student performance. • Participate in virtual meetings and professional development opportunities. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field. • Valid Arizona teaching license in Special Education. • Experience working with K-12 students with diverse learning needs. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Proficiency in using technology for remote teaching and assessments.
