As an Hospice RN Triage 7on/7off (Remote), you will be responsible for providing quality phone triage to our patients during off-hours and weekends. Primary functions are to administer nursing triage for patients of all ages in their place of residence and to coordinate care with the on call RN if a visit is needed.
