Required Skills • Proven track record in providing outstanding customer service, ideally within the real estate or... hospitality sectors. • Superior written and verbal communication skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on effective issue resolution. • Proficient in using live chat software and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools. • Self-driven and capable of managing time efficiently while working independently. • Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on delivering accurate information. Qualifications • Previous experience in customer service roles is essential. • Strong communication capability is required. • Demonstrated ability to effectively resolve problems. • Familiarity with live chat and CRM systems is preferred.
