Key Responsibilities:
– Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
– Assist clients with travel bookings, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and special requests.
– Maintain accurate records of client preferences, travel plans, and itineraries.
– Coordinate scheduling for travel consultations and manage the calendar for the agency.
– Process payments, issue invoices, and track client accounts.
– Support the agency with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining internal databases.
– Research travel destinations, accommodations, and activities to support clients needs.
– Work closely with the travel agents and management to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in customer service, administrative roles, or the travel industry preferred.
– Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with travel booking software is a plus.
