About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Information Entry Agent to join our Administrative team. As an entry-level position, this role is ideal for someone with no prior experience who is eager to begin their career in a supportive, collaborative, and fast-paced work environment. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data entry and documentation processes. This is a full-time, hourly position requiring strong attention to detail and proficiency in English.

What You’ll Do
• Accurately input and update information into company databases and systems.
• Verify the accuracy of data and correct discrepancies when identified.
• Organize and maintain digital and physical documentation for record keeping.
• Work closely with team members to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.
• Respond to data-related inquiries or requests from colleagues or management.
• Follow company confidentiality policies and ensure data security at all times.
• Assist with basic reporting and provide support on administrative projects as assigned.

Qualifications
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of computer systems, including typing and navigating databases.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle repetitive tasks.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members.
• Motivated and eager to learn with no prior experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The Pay Range For This Role Is

20.19 – 31.91 USD per hour(Remote (Santa Fe, New Mexico, US))
