Investment Associate (Recent Undergraduates)

Reports to: Chief Investment Officer

Employment Type: Full-time / Onsite

Location: Naples (occasional travel to Fort Myers and Sanibel)

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As an Investment Associate, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Portfolio Management team by helping to manage portfolios, streamline operations, and deliver an exceptional client experience.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Trading and portfolio rebalancing
  • Managing and maintaining portfolio management software systems
  • Preparing reports for weekly Asset Management Committee meetings
  • Preparing materials and presentations for clients and prospective clients
  • Creating and/or enhancing existing reporting capabilities
  • Compliance and regulatory administrative assistance
  • Assist CIO and Portfolio Managers with ad hoc projects
  • What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in investment management, wealth management, or financial services
  • Exceptional analytical and written/verbal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to learn new tools quickly
  • A collaborative spirit and strong organizational and attention to detail skills
  • A proactive, energetic approach with a strong sense of accountability
  • Comfort working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
  • Nice-to-Have Requirements

  • Experience with portfolio management or trading platforms
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards in financial services
  • Ideally a follower of markets and demonstrated interest in investing
  • Progress towards a professional designation (ie. CFA, CFP)
