Project information:Start: June 2025Duration: 6 months with possibility of extensionPay: $40/hourLocation: RemoteHours: 10-20 hours per weekResponsibilities include:Our client is looking for a seasoned attorney to develop “how-to”-type practical guidance for topics of interest to attorneys advising FDA-regulated companies including pharmaceutical, medical device, food, dietary supplement, and cosmetics companies about product approval, agency enforcement, and compliance issues. Experience representing clients before the FDA, or working for the FDA, is also highly valued. RequirementsLaw degree from an accredited law school Member, in good standing, of any U.S. State Bar At least 3 years of experience as an attorney representing a range of FDA-regulated companies Legal content writing experience, such as with bar association magazines or journals, law firm client alerts or newsletters, or other substantive legal publications Excellent editing and writing skills Excellent legal research skillsAbility to complete assigned projects by prescribed deadlines Ability to accept feedback on writing and revise accordinglyOrganized and self-motivated Comfortable working in Microsoft Word and Excel
