Key Responsibilities:
- Answer calls and emails from customers and travel agents regarding schedule changes
- Utilize airline computer systems to review and update flight information
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve schedule change issues
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet established metrics and utilize Microsoft Teams, Zendesk, and other tools for communication and problem-solving
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of related experience and/or training preferred
- Experience with airline systems and internal reservation systems a plus
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
