Job Summary

  • Create and scale organic content that earns attention, builds trust, and drives long-term growth across platforms.
  • Plan and execute high-impact campaigns for events and product launches, using data-informed strategies to optimize performance.
  • Experiment with new channels, such as TikTok, Reddit, and YouTube Shorts, to reach new audiences and drive growth.
  • Build and maintain clear, concise documentation and reporting dashboards to make campaign operations more transparent, repeatable, and effective.
  • Use analytics to learn and iterate, not just report, and continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Champion our value proposition and be a brand ambassador for our mission, bringing our voice, vision, and values to life across every touchpoint.
  • Run and scale paid media on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and YouTube, owning targeting, copywriting, and ROAS tracking.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in creating and scaling organic content that drives growth and engagement.
  • Proven track record of launching and optimizing successful campaigns across owned and paid platforms.
  • Strong storytelling and copywriting skills, with the ability to craft persuasive, on-brand copy that drives action.
  • Comfort with platforms like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and understanding of their constraints and superpowers.
  • Ability to use analytics to inform decisions, guide optimization, and drive performance.
  • Fluency in written English, with exceptional writing skills, grammar, and attention to tone, brevity, and detail.
  • Ability to work within the UTC -1 to UTC +3 time zone, to ensure optimal collaboration and overlapping working hours.

Bonus Points

You’ll stand out if you have:

  • Experience creating or managing video-centric campaigns.
  • Knowledge of GA4, GTM, and server-side tagging.
