As a Learning & Evaluation Analyst at NDWA, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to inform our programs, policies, and advocacy efforts. You will work closely with our Director of Learning & Evaluation to design and implement evaluation frameworks, extract and analyze data, and identify patterns and trends that inform our strategic decisions. Your expertise in qualitative and quantitative data analysis, data management tools, and evaluation methodologies will be essential in driving our organization’s impact and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of NDWA’s evaluation and learning framework
- Collect, analyze, and present data to inform program development and strategic decisions
- Extract and structure data from various sources, including Word documents and databases
- Analyze structured data, including media campaign metrics and policy campaign data
- Manage systems and infrastructure for storing program data and ensuring organizational access to insights
- Collaborate with the Director of Learning & Evaluation to design and facilitate learning events and evaluation activities
- Contribute to the development of reports, briefs, and other materials to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in program evaluation or a related field
- Strong analytical skills, with expertise in both qualitative and quantitative data analysis
- Working knowledge of data management tools, such as Airtable, Google Sheets, and Survey Sparrow
- Experience with data analysis software, such as STATA, NVIVO, R, or SQL
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly and concisely
- Commitment to integrating equity and inclusion principles into evaluation practices
