Job Title: Omni/Front-end Participant Testing Specialist – Remote Opportunity

As a Omni/Front-end Participant Testing Specialist, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans, scripts, and methodologies.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our front-end systems, including PWeb, IVR, Confirms, Statements, and other components.
  • Collaborate with technical staff, Business Systems Analysts, and other stakeholders to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
  • Utilize Quality Center requirement management tools to track and resolve software defects.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of testing processes and results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our testing processes and methodologies.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in web-based testing or front-end participant-facing testing.
  • Strong knowledge of Omni, preferably version 7.4.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

  • Competitive salary range: $48,180 – $80,320 USD.
