Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Proposal Quality Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and editing proposal content, ensuring compliance, consistency, and responsiveness to RFP requirements. You will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive quality initiatives, support content delivery, and contribute to the development of proposal best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and edit proposal content for compliance, consistency, and responsiveness to RFP requirements
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive quality initiatives and support content delivery
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Aetna Medicaid products and services
  • Support the content management lifecycle and work with content managers to provide internal quality reviews
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase writing quality and efficiency
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of innovative solutions and best practices

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a quality analyst or similar role
  • Strong understanding of proposal development and RFP requirements
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including SharePoint, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Passion for the Medicaid industry and proposal development
  • APMP Bid/Proposal Foundation Certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Six Sigma certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Experience with AP style guides and internal style guides
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
