We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Ramp Agent (Customer Service Agent) to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of cargo and baggage. Key Responsibilities:
- Securely lift, load, unload, and transport cargo, mail, and baggage to and from aircraft, while ensuring optimal connections by guiding arriving and departing aircraft from the gate positions.
- Protect cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions.
- Operate ground equipment such as dollies, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion.
- Use cargo scanners and computers to ensure accurate routing of cargo to its destination.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to wear required company-approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including but not limited to: hearing protection, safety toe footwear, defensive headwear (hard hat or cap), and high visibility safety clothing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and move cargo and equipment up to 50-70 pounds.
