Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive passengers to their destinations during daytime hours, ensuring a safe and comfortable ride experience.
- Utilize GPS navigation systems and our innovative driver app to efficiently navigate routes and meet pickup and drop-off locations.
- Offer outstanding customer service, engaging with passengers professionally and ensuring their needs are met throughout the journey.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and local regulations to maintain a high standard of safety and service.
- Keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained to provide a pleasant environment for passengers.
- Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate changing demand and maximize earning opportunities during peak daytime hours.
- Communicate promptly with our support team in case of any issues or emergencies during trips.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Proficient use of GPS navigation systems and smartphone applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ability to prioritize safety and follow all traffic laws and regulations.
- Prior experience in ride-sharing or similar driving roles is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Comfortable working independently and handling cashless transactions using our driver app.
