Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a USA Coach and Operations Manager Trainee in Portsmouth, NH. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving business results, developing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

In this dynamic and challenging role, you will have the opportunity to lead and develop teams, drive financial performance and sales growth, and provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, supporting company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity, and coordinating job-related activities and assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop teams effectively by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates
  • Drive financial performance and sales growth by reviewing and evaluating P&L statements, managing expenses, and developing action plans to mitigate shrink and achieve sales and profit goals
  • Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, and recognizing associates
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, support company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity, and coordinate job-related activities and assignments
  • Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards, manage and support customer service initiatives, and ensure customer needs are successfully resolved

Requirements:

  • 2 years of college or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience, or 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Leadership
  • Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership
  • General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing
